A Simplified Platform Experience, Redesigned With Your Feedback

Localize systematically redesigned its platform so localization teams can work faster, manage phrases more efficiently, and make smarter translation decisions.

The best product improvements don't come from assumptions. They come from listening.

Over the past several months, we've had meaningful conversations with our customers about what works, what could be improved, and what could simply be easier. What we heard shaped a systematic redesign of the most-used parts of the Localize platform, creating a faster, clearer, and more intuitive experience.

Here’s what changed:

Find what you need faster. Clearer filters and sorting make it easier to find the content you need without breaking your flow. Improved phrase bins, added context, and simplified indicators help you quickly understand how phrases are organized, so you spend less time navigating and more time translating.

Do more in fewer clicks. Redesigned phrase cards surface the right actions at the right moment. A cleaner editing view keeps approve, cancel, and AI action buttons exactly where you'd expect them. And simplified bulk actions, with clearer labels, updated checkboxes, and arrow indicators, make it immediately clear what you've selected and what to do next.

Make smarter decisions at a glance. Translation providers are now displayed with provider-specific icons and updated colors. Quality scores and Smart Select details are more visible and easier to interpret. And AI One-Click Actions like Shorten and Retranslate have a cleaner, more consistent layout, so you can compare options and act with confidence without slowing down.

Individually, you might barely notice some of these changes. That's kind of the point.

There’s nothing new to configure or learn. The next time you log in, Localize should simply feel easier to use.
